Built on the former temple site of Long Rui Gong in the hills around Shaoxing. The Ahn Luh Shaoxing is a 99 key hotel- the first resort hotel for the Ahn Luh Hotel brand- a joint venture between GHM Hotels and the Beijing Tourist Group. Set within the context of the forest, the Ahn Luh Shaoxing combines a series of antique structures from Anhui and Zhejiang Province, ranging from 3-500 years old and offsets them against a contemporary architecture based upon the Daoist planning principles of 'tian di ren'.

MQ are masterplanners, architects and interior designers for the development, which consists of, as well as the rooms, a spa, 3 restaurants, retail and a small theatre.
