A concept for a restaurant with no fixed surfaces. Design in China is predicated on the selection of materials that both satisfy budget constraints and notions of taste, so we proposed to remove all materials and create an assemblage of ‘un-fixed’ surfaces or sets, similar to those found in theatres that can be applied at will- a process of addition or subtraction as a constantly shifting and flexible environment.
